Making a living by MENTORING women

Mentor...advise or train, especially a younger colleague. Now that is what Webster says the meaning of mentoring is. I'd like to go a step further and add advise or train a colleague to set and reach their goals. I want to mentor women to their success. Their success meaning what they define as success.

SO one woman may say their definition of success is getting to the top of the company while another may say just making enough extra money to send my kids to private school and still another may be to make enough extra money to have a date night once a month. Each of these definitions are very different but very much alike. They all will require work on the part of their author.

My definition of success is to mentor 100 women to success (their definition) . By doing this, not only will I meet my definition of success but I will also provide residual income for my golden years, as well as a network of women to surround myself with during those golden years. Now that sounds like a win, win situation.
